Station I: Jesus is Condemned to Death
Mark 15:1–5, 15
As soon as morning came,
the chief priests held a consultation
with the elders and scribes and the whole council.
They bound Jesus,
led Him away,
and handed Him over to Pilate.
Pilate questioned Him,
but Jesus gave him no further answer.
So Pilate, wishing to satisfy the crowd,
released Barabbas to them,
and after he had Jesus scourged,
he handed Him over to be crucified.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You accepted an unjust sentence
to save the world from sin.
Give us the grace
to accept the crosses in our lives
with patience and humility.
When we feel misunderstood,
when we suffer unfairly,
help us remember Your silence before Pilate.
May we follow You faithfully
on the way of the Cross.
Amen.

Station II: Jesus Carries His Cross
John 19:16–17
Then Pilate handed Jesus over to them to be crucified.
So they took Jesus,
and carrying the cross Himself,
He went out to what is called
the Place of the Skull,
which in Hebrew is called Golgotha.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You carried the heavy cross
for the forgiveness of our sins.
Help us to accept the burdens
that come into our lives each day.
Give us strength when we are weak,
patience when we are tired,
and faith when we feel lost.
May every cross we carry
bring us closer to You.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station III: Jesus Falls the First Time
Isaiah 53:4–5
Surely He has borne our suffering,
and carried our sorrows,
yet we thought of Him as stricken,
as one struck by God and afflicted.
But He was pierced for our offenses,
crushed for our sins;
upon Him was the punishment that makes us whole,
and by His wounds we are healed.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You fell under the weight of the cross,
yet You rose again and continued the journey.
When we fall into sin,
lift us up with Your mercy.
When we are weak, give us strength.
When we are discouraged, give us hope.
Help us to keep walking with You
until the end.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station IV: Jesus Meets His Blessed Mother
Luke 2:34–35
Simeon blessed them and said to Mary His mother,
“Behold, this child is destined
for the fall and rise of many in Israel,
and to be a sign that will be contradicted —
and you yourself a sword will pierce —
so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”
Lord Jesus Christ,
through the sorrow of Your holy Mother,
teach us to remain faithful in suffering.
Bless all mothers,
bless all families,
and comfort those whose hearts are broken.
Holy Mary, Mother of Jesus, pray for us,
that we may stay close to your Son
on the way of the Cross.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station V: Simon Helps Carry the Cross
Mark 15:21
They pressed into service
a passerby, Simon, a Cyrenian,
who was coming in from the country,
the father of Alexander and Rufus,
to carry His cross.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You allowed Simon to share in Your cross.
Give us willing hearts
to help those who are suffering,
to carry the burdens of our family,
our friends,
and those in need.
When life feels heavy,
help us remember
that every cross carried with love
brings us closer to You.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station VI: Veronica Wipes the Face of Jesus
Isaiah 53:2–3
He had no majestic bearing to catch our eye,
no beauty to draw us to Him.
He was despised and rejected by men,
a man of suffering, accustomed to infirmity,
one of those from whom people hide their faces,
despised, and we held Him in no esteem.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You allowed Veronica
to comfort You on the way of the Cross.
Give us the courage
to show kindness and compassion
to those who suffer.
Help us to see Your face
in every person in need,
and to serve with love
even in small ways.
May our acts of mercy
bring comfort to Your heart.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station VII: Jesus Falls the Second Time
Isaiah 53:6–7
We had all gone astray like sheep,
each following his own way;
but the Lord laid upon Him
the guilt of us all.
Though He was harshly treated,
He submitted
and opened not His mouth;
like a lamb led to the slaughter
or a sheep before the shearers,
He was silent and opened not His mouth.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You fell a second time
because of the weight of our sins.
When we fall again and again,
do not let us lose hope.
Give us the courage to stand up,
to repent,
and to begin again.
Strengthen us when we are weak,
and keep us faithful
on the road that leads to You.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station VIII: Jesus Meets the Women
Luke 23:27–28
A large crowd of people followed Jesus,
including many women
who mourned and lamented Him.
Jesus turned to them and said,
“Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me;
weep instead for yourselves
and for your children.”
Lord Jesus Christ,
in the midst of Your suffering,
You showed mercy to those who wept for You.
Give us the grace
to turn away from sin
and to live according to Your will.
Comfort those who are suffering,
those who are grieving,
and those who feel lost.
May our hearts be changed
as we walk with You
on the way of the Cross.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station IX: Jesus Falls the Third Time
Isaiah 53:10–11
It was the will of the Lord to crush Him with suffering.
Through His suffering,
My servant shall justify many,
and their guilt He shall bear.
Because He surrendered Himself to death
and was counted among the wicked,
He bore the sins of many
and interceded for sinners.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You fell the third time
because of the weight of our sins.
When we are tired,
when we feel like giving up,
when we think we cannot continue,
give us the strength to stand again.
Help us to trust
that Your mercy is greater than our weakness.
Keep us faithful
until the end of our journey.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station X: Jesus is Stripped
John 19:23–24
When the soldiers had crucified Jesus,
they took His clothes
and divided them into four shares,
a share for each soldier.
They also took His tunic,
but the tunic was seamless,
woven in one piece from the top down.
So they said to one another,
“Let us not tear it,
but cast lots for it to see whose it will be,”
in order that the Scripture might be fulfilled.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You accepted humiliation
to save us from sin.
Free us from pride,
from selfishness,
and from attachment to the things of this world.
Give us the grace
to surrender ourselves completely to You,
so that we may follow You
with humble and faithful hearts.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station XI: Jesus is Nailed to the Cross
Luke 23:33–34
When they came to the place called the Skull,
they crucified Him there,
and the criminals,
one on His right,
the other on His left.
Then Jesus said,
“Father, forgive them,
for they know not what they do.”
Lord Jesus Christ,
You were nailed to the cross
for the forgiveness of our sins.
Give us the grace
to forgive those who hurt us,
to love those who oppose us,
and to remain faithful
even in times of suffering.
May we never forget
the price You paid
for our salvation.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station XII: Jesus Dies on the Cross
Luke 23:44–46
It was now about noon,
and darkness came over the whole land
until three in the afternoon
because of an eclipse of the sun.
Then the veil of the temple
was torn down the middle.
Jesus cried out in a loud voice,
“Father, into Your hands I commend My spirit,”
and when He had said this,
He breathed His last.
Lord Jesus Christ,
by Your holy death on the cross,
You opened the gates of heaven for us.
Forgive our sins,
heal our hearts,
and draw us closer to You.
Help us to remember
that no suffering is wasted
when it is united with Your cross.
May we live for You,
and one day share
in the glory of Your resurrection.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station XIII: Jesus is Taken Down
John 19:38–40
After this,
Joseph of Arimathea,
secretly a disciple of Jesus,
asked Pilate if he could remove the body of Jesus.
And Pilate permitted it.
So he came and took His body.
Nicodemus also came,
bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes.
They took the body of Jesus
and bound it with burial cloths
along with the spices,
according to the Jewish burial custom.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You were taken down from the cross
after giving Your life for us.
Comfort all who mourn,
strengthen those who suffer,
and give peace to every troubled heart.
Through the sorrow of the Blessed Virgin Mary,
teach us to trust in God
even when we do not understand His ways.
May we stay close to You
in life,
in suffering,
and in death.
Amen.
✝ Pause and reflect...
Station XIV: Jesus is Laid in the Tomb
Matthew 27:59–60
Joseph took the body,
wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
and laid it in his new tomb
that he had hewn in the rock.
Then he rolled a huge stone
across the entrance to the tomb
and departed.
Lord Jesus Christ,
as You rested in the tomb,
You prepared the victory of the Resurrection.
Help us to remain faithful
in times of waiting,
in times of sorrow,
and in times of uncertainty.
Give us hope when we feel lost,
peace when we feel afraid,
and trust in the promise of eternal life.
May we follow You
not only to the cross,
but also to the glory of the Resurrection.
Amen.
